Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process the order.

During regular weekdays, processing takes one business day. However, if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days.

Please note: During busy periods such as Q4, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or other major holidays, processing times may increase by an additional 5–7 days due to higher order volumes and limited warehouse capacity.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Ottawa Boutique is designed to be as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart". It is important to ensure that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".

On the checkout page, you will need to enter the correct shipping address details. Please make sure all information is accurate. Once the information is filled out correctly, click "Continue to Shipping".

On the Shipping page, you will have the opportunity to review your entered address details. It is also noted that every shipment is completely free of charge. Ottawa Boutique always covers the shipping and delivery costs. You can proceed by clicking "Continue to Payment".

At the payment options, you can choose between multiple payment methods. At Ottawa Boutique, all payment options are SSL encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been shipped, we provide tracking information so customers can follow the delivery progress. If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. At that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery information.

While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand that this situation can be frustrating. We will gladly support you by providing tracking details and assisting in opening an investigation with the carrier.
